Total ElectraCraft Care (TECC) is at the heart of the ElectraCraft Difference. TECC means that we are there for you for as long as you own your boat. We encourage you to call us to help solve any problems you may encounter--whether it's Mother Nature, accidents or ordinary wear and tear. We'll help with trouble shooting and arranging onsite repairs and maintenance. If you are in a remote location, we will try to stop by on our regular cross-country deliveries, or we will connect you with a qualified technician. Examples of TECC include: Battery Replacement every 4 years, Helical Tooth Drive Belt Lifetime Warranty, 5-year General Electric Motor Warranty, Trade-in Matchmaking, and Mobile fleet of Factory-authorized technician.
