What is TECC?

Total ElectraCraft Care (TECC) is at the heart of the ElectraCraft Difference. TECC means that we are there for you for as long as you own your boat. If you are located in one of our regular service areas, we have three unique service packages to offer you:

• Regular Washing service
• Routine Maintenance service
• Combination package includes Regular Washing and Routine Maintenance

If you are not located near an area regularly serviced by ElectraCraft or an authorized dealer, we are still here for you! TECC teams travel throughout the country offering our full catalog of TECC services. Our traveling service shows include washing, service, maintenance, and sales activities, all near you. Our traveling TECC service shows cover most major markets one to two times per year, so call now to find out when TECC will be in your area and to sign up now. If you are in a very remote location, we will try to stop by on our regular cross-country deliveries, or we will connect you with a qualified technician in your area.

In addition to our regular programs that cover washing and maintenance, we also encourage you to call us to help solve any problems you may encounter--whether it's Mother Nature, accidents or ordinary wear and tear. We'll help with trouble-shooting and arrange an onsite visit to repair the problem and conduct maintenance.
